Our coaches teach the cardio kick boxing class, teaching you the appropriate way to kick and punch the bags and pads, following the same workout they use when practicing for their fights. There are also partner work outs with other members punching and kicking pads with one another. Not only are you getting a great work out from this session, but you are also learning how you can stand up for oneself. The advantages of taking this class is that the fast rate keeps your heart pumping and calories losing much quicker than using cardio machines such as the elliptical or treadmill. In the boxing class, different from Muay Thai, you involve punching and kicking the heavy bag instead of using no bag at all. The conditioning class is made in high strength circuit exercises using exercise equipment such as bar bells, free weights, sleds, agility ladders etc. The class keeps you in continuous movement and really helps increase your stamina.

In the ladies physical fitness program these classes mainly focuses on total body works outs except the squat squad class. The squat squad class targets an extreme, lower body work out. Squat squad is mainly a weight lifting class for girls and we target your legs and tone your butt. The squat squad class provides an excellent work out even though it is at a reduced pace compared with the other sessions available in the women's exercise program. Outside of the Women's physical fitness program, we also offer co-ed MMA fighting classes where not only are you sustaining a serious work out but really concentrating on self defense.

 

The classes in Women's only fitness program are designed to burn anywhere between 700-1000 calories per class. We have women who come and reach their targets of losing 120lbs and those who have achieved their goal seeking to lose 20-30 lbs.
